Artist Biography

To Morgen Stiegler, the stage is a vehicle - and one that resembles your grandfather’s ’56 Buick Special, no less!  Each performance is an opportunity to form a connection with an audience, an era, and a song.  Inspired by the allure of classic Hollywood and generation-defining musicians, Morgen seeks ways to engage her audiences through nostalgia.  For more than a decade, Morgen has made a name for herself as a premier female jazz vocalist in Northwest Ohio, Southeast Michigan, and beyond.  She has performed with world-renowned jazz artists and Grammy Award-winning musicians.  In 2011, she released her debut album, “Reaching for the Moon” - a voyage that highlights her life's musical progression through musical “snapshots.”  Notably, Morgen has been featured in Vintage Life magazine, The (Toledo) Blade, Detroit News, and The Jazz Brunch on 101.5 The River.
